The VIA practice management solution is designed around providing continual product revisions to accommodate our client's needs.  We welcome software enhancement requests from our users.

  • Please submit requests using the online request form or by contacting technical support

  • The requests are reviewed to determine development priority

  • Priority is based on the number of other users requesting the same feature, urgency of required feature, projected development time required, and targeted release date

  • Once development on the feature begins the requesting hospital may be contacted to gather feedback on how best to implement the feature

  • The newly developed feature is released to our beta clinics for testing

  • The qualified feature becomes available to all users during our scheduled product updates
