Remote Desktop Assistance
Contact our Technical Support team at 866-269-8284 option 1 to request assistance. If your VIA Support Technician needs to remotely connect to your computer, you will be provided with a unique, one-time use, Helpdesk Support Connection 9-digit code. Once you have obtained your Connection Code click Start Download & then run to initiate the remote assistance screen-sharing session.
