Proved a godsend

I just wanted to offer praise of Sarah.  She has, on a consistent basis, proved a godsend for various support needs we have.  She is not only thorough on the things she controls, but she is diligent in following up on whenever an issue has to be bumped to one of the coding/technical staff.

I just wanted to say how much we appreciate her hard work, professionalism, and outstanding attitude.
