In our newest release we have added more texting functionality and fixed all known issues. VIA will send texts to clients who have Pending Appointments and allow them to confirm or cancel back through text, which updates your Hospital Scheduler. The module can provide two different automated messages for confirmations, such as a friendly initial reminder to all clients one week before their appointment, with a more urgent follow up message two days prior, based on your preferences. The service will also send patient treatment reminder texts as well as any free form message you wish to communicate.
