Dear VIA,

I would like to take the time to commend Christy and Mahabubul for their time and help setting up our cloud based system. We had an extreme set back in the beginning, due to our Hospital side of things, and they both worked lengthy hours to have us up and running by Monday morning. They both took the extra time to make sure I understood how to navigate and run the system. They were available at all hours the following week if we had any questions about how something worked.

You have a fantastic team and I am thankful they were willing to help us through this process.
