Our new VIA Text service now includes integrated 2-way texting along with automatic treatment reminder texts and appointment confirmation texts.

Use VIA Text to keep in constant contact with your clients to confirm appointments, send treatment reminders, indicate a pet is ready for pickup, as well as send marketing campaign blasts and hospital updates.

Your hospital may currently use third party vendors for texting, who pull data from VIA but don’t tie back the results into your database. The beauty of VIA’s integrated texting is that all of your client text messages are tracked in your VIA records and available in one system. Our integrated offering keeps every text in the respective client’s Event Journal to fully track the text history and greatly simplify communication between your staff and clients.

In our newest release we have added more texting functionality, including a top down hospital view of all incoming and outgoing texts for easy review and follow up. New 2-Way text threads track your entire message history with a client, and are saved in the Client File for historical review. VIA can automatically send texts to clients who have upcoming Appointments and allow the pet owner to confirm or cancel back through text, which updates your Hospital Scheduler. The module can provide two different automated messages for confirmations, such as a friendly initial reminder to all clients one week before their appointment, with a more urgent follow up message two days prior, based on your preferences. The service will also send patient treatment reminder texts as well as any free form message you wish to communicate.

Cubex and VIA provide a seamless inventory dispensing workflow. VIA intelligently communicates with your Cubex inventory cabinet, where your authorized VIA SOAP treatment plan items and patient information are sent to the Cubex cabinet to ensure that only the proper medications are dispensed and billed for every time. Before closing out the invoice, VIA checks with the cabinet to ensure nothing was missed and all dispensed items are accurately billed for.

I would like to take the time to commend Christy and Mahabubul for their time and help setting up our cloud based system. We had an extreme set back in the beginning, due to our Hospital side of things, and they both worked lengthy hours to have us up and running by Monday morning.
